Arbitration as Default Jurisdiction
CEA-40 and WWA Latam coorganized on May 26th, 2022, at 19:00 h. (Madrid)/12:00h. (Colombia)/13:00h. (New York), the webinar under the title “Arbitration as Default Jurisdiction“.
The event will be divided in two parts: (i) an Arbitral Ring where each team will defend or not the Arbitration as Default Jurisdiction and (ii) Gilles Cuniberti will participate as keynote speaker.
