The New York Chapter of the Spanish and Ibero-American Arbitration Club (CEIA), in collaboration with the NYU Latin American Arbitration Society, is pleased to invite you to a panel discussion on Wednesday, November 4, 2026, at 6:45 PM (New York time)<\/strong>, exploring the key legal challenges arising from Venezuela’s reopening to foreign investment.<\/p>\n

The discussion will address timely issues such as investment arbitration, enforcement of arbitral awards, U.S. sanctions, and sovereign debt restructuring, offering insights into the legal implications of recent developments in Venezuela and their potential impact on international investment.<\/p>\n

The event will take place at NYU School of Law (Vanderbilt Hall, Classroom 216), New York.
