El tema cobra especial interés en virtud de la aprobación de la Ley que regula dicha mediación y en momentos en que se encuentra pendiente una Ley paralela que regulará el arbitraje en los procesos concursales. \nEl almuerzo se celebrará en el Restaurante Bacchus (Santa Ana – 200 este y 300 norte de la Gasolinera Montes).
